I AGREE to the general conditions of cancellation of the reservation!
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We accept inquiries and reservations through our website (email or contact form). In order for the reservation to become valid the service user must pay a deposit according to the specifications agreed with the accommodation provider. The amount of the deposit can be paid: ONLINE/ by credit card or OFFLINE via the bank’s IBAN number (PBZ Hrvatska).
The apartment is available from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival in the presence of the landlord. It is also accessible by using a PIN code for separate entry and until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Additional charges for late check-out: 1 extra day of stay is charged. Changes to reservations are only possible in written form.
When you decide to make a reservation you can choose to pay by credit card or pay by bank transfer. After checking the payment made, i.e. authorization of your payment card, we will send you all the necessary information by e-mail.
The number of people in the apartment is limited.
The number of guests determines the price of the apartment and the number of accessible rooms. For one or two people, the price of the apartment is only for one room (we leave two rooms locked), in case the guest wants an additional room, an additional cost is paid. The number of guests 3 or 4 have the right to use two rooms (we leave one room locked), in case they want a third room, an additional cost is paid.
Property damage:
In case of property damage you are obliged to visit the apartment accompanied by the owner on the day of departure or even earlier, and pay for any damages.
Stay:
During the stay, the guest is obliged to clean the apartment. During the guests’ stay the lessor may not enter the apartment unless requested by the guests.
Cancellation of stay by the host:
In the event that the guests – despite the warning – annoy other guests or behave contrary to the terms and conditions, the contract will be immediately terminated. The lessor can cancel the contract even after the start of the rental period without a notice period. In this case, the guest is obliged to pay the full amount of the reservation.
Internet usage:
Use of wireless internet is permitted as long as the rules are followed. In case of illegal use of the Internet (eg illegal downloading) the guest is solely responsible.
Responsibility:
Guests are fully responsible for damage to the apartment during the rental period. The owner is not responsible for short-term breakdowns of equipment and energy supply, etc. – objections to price reductions are not accepted. The same applies to damage caused by force majeure or damage caused by a pet.
Video recording:
The lessor is authorized to take camera recordings for the protection of property and persons. In connection with some job positions the landlord has a legal obligation to install camera systems that record the employee and all persons who move in the area captured by the security camera.
The lessor shall mark the place where the camera system is installed in the prescribed manner.
The only security camera in the Lega Apartment is located behind the entrance door for the protection of property, people and a vault with keys – for the possibility of entering the apartment without the owner (individual registration).
The lessee is aware that the videos contain personal data of all persons moving in the field of view of the camera and therefore they are kept with special care, have a security system, availability and their deletion policies which are subject to the rules on security of the lessee.
Video recordings are automatically deleted after a maximum of 7 days from the day of uploading. Videos are exceptionally kept longer if they are evidence in proceedings before the relevant state authorities. These videos will be stored in a central system with extremely limited access.
In the event of legal and/or criminal proceedings the tenant may use said videos. Personal data on the videos can also be shared with third parties, processors, contractual partners of the lessee who are registered as experts for the provision of services for the protection of persons and property who will, in no case, use the data separately, only as part of security central monitoring and notification systems. All other details relating to video recordings are subject to special regulations governing this area.
Cancellation of reservation conditions in case of advance payment
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
The reservation can be canceled free of charge 3 or more days before arrival. If the reservation is canceled less than 3 days before arrival the renter will be charged 50% of the price of the accommodation. If the guest does not show up the total amount of the reservation will be charged. The guest pays 50% of the reservation amount 3 days before arrival. The remaining 50% of the amount will be paid during the stay.
